ROTARY ROOTS TYPE AIR BLOWER OPERATING PRINCIPLE

It is a type of positive displacement pump that rotates around the inner circumference of the casing and transfers gas from the suction side to the discharge side by rotating the impellers that rotate inside the casing in a non-contact manner while maintaining a slight gap. Our roots blower uses a two-leaf impeller or a three-leaf impeller.

The tip (top) of the impeller profile is composed of the inner circumference of the casing and the surface seal, and the gas that is about to blow through in the direction opposite to the rotation direction of the rotor is caused to reverse overflow at this step. By reducing the amount of leakage and improving efficiency, it has an energy saving effect.
